Apparently being blonde and gorgeous was not enough for Heidi Montag.  She recently underwent 10 different plastic surgery procedures, in order to transform herself into a barbie-esque giant set of boobs with a head attached.

Her breast augmentation reportedly took her breasts to her now DDD cup size.  Apparently she wanted even more but her plastic surgeon couldn’t go any further this go-around for safety reasons.  At a later date it has been reported that she wants to go back under the knife and get even more boobage!  What?  Is this even pretty?  When is enough…enough?  Did she go too far?

Hey, I’m from Orange County where there are probably as many fake boobs here as there are real ones.  Who even cares anymore?  What concerns me more is that someone who is so clearly a knock out beauty has such shaky self esteem that she went in for what I would call a major body overhaul.  I wonder if she is satisfied with herself yet, or if any of this really fixed what was ailing her.   I doubt if plastic surgery can really do much for deep-seeded insecurity.
