Halloween is this weekend—do you have your costume ready?  Don’t you just hate it when you procrastinate your costume and wait until the last minute?  You promise yourself year after year that you are going to plan better, but here it is days away-do you have your idea ready? That last minute costume panic can be a little unnerving. At that point your costume choices can be quite limited. You can buy whatever is left at the costume store, or perhaps you could try to throw something together from stuff you have around the house.

If you are feeling brave (or lucky as the case may be) your Halloween costume could be as nearby as your lingerie drawer.  Certainly there are many celebrity costumes that could easily be created with lingerie since it seems that the trend toward wearing lingerie out in the open has hit Hollywood with full force.   Lady Gaga is a perfect example—she is often seen sporting lingerie-only outfits at both her shows and other events.

You don’t have to be dressing up as a celebrity however, to make use of some of your sexy lingerie as a costume choice.  Any lingerie worn with bunny ears creates a sexy bunny look that will make you the highlight of any Halloween festivities.  A black bustier combined with thigh-high hose and a garter belt  an be easily transformed into a completely unexpected, yet very sexy police officer look.

If you wear black lingerie combined with a witches hat and cape, you can easily create a wickedly sexy take on a traditional Halloween look.

Tie a white blouse over any sexy lace bra with a short skirt and you can be a naughty school girl without any effort at all.

Just because you procrastinated in planning your Halloween look doesn’t mean you need to resort to wearing something plain, ordinary or frumpy.  Pull out all the stops this year and use some of your sexiest lingerie to create a great Halloween costume.  These looks aren’t necessarily for the shy but we can practically guarantee that they will be very, very memorable. xo J.
